We do everything possible to proactively prevent unexpected problems, but of course some will happen anyway, and always at the worst possible time.

Rest assured that in an emergency, we will drop everything and immediately be there to help. Many companies say that, but not all can deliver that promise consistently.  That's because a one person shop can't be in two places at once, and if two clients have problems at the same time, then one of them has to wait.  

ALG has a full-time staff of over 15 people, and each professional is willing to do whatever is needed to resolve urgent problems - even at night and on weekends.

So, yes, we are "fixers".  If it's part of your technology infrastructure, we can fix it.  And that goes for computers, laptops, servers, printers, routers, switches, scanners, email, freeze-ups --- we've seen it all.
