Q: How long do students get for lunch?
A: You will have at least an hour for lunch. We provide a refrigerator and a microwave for students who wish to bring their own lunch. We also provide a map of the locations of local restaurants.

Q: Can I cancel a workshop without being charged?
A: Absolutely! Just call us 24 hours before the start time of any standard workshop, and you will not be charged. See our cancellation policy for on-site workshops, dedicated classes and room rentals.

Q: Do you offer memberships, vouchers or coupons?

Q: Can I get college credit for this class?
A: Although our workshops do not qualify for college credits, they are approved by the Accountancy Board of Ohio for CPE credits. Ask your training representative for more information.
